A historical heritage house designed by the locally well known architect E. G. W. Dietrich. Dietrich was the architect of many of the prestigeous homes in the village of Warwick. This Queen Anne style house is now being enjoyed by the third, fourth, and fifth generation of the Beattie family who had the house built. The home features many era charms. Step back in time to a wraparound porch, original oak wood paneling, pocket doors and hardwood floors throughout. The seven fireplaces, one working one have the original tile work as well.
